Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) vide their letter no. E(NG)-II/96/RR-1/62
Dt.18-07-2005 have delegated powers for recruitment to Gr.’D” posts to
General Managers. In pursuance to this, the Railway Recruitment Cell has
started functioning in North Central Railway.

RRC/NCR is headed by Dy. Chief Personnel Officer (Recruitment). He is
assisted by one Assistant Personnel Officer (Recruitment) and suitable
no. of Gr.’C’ and Gr.’D’ staff.

| Jurisdiction |
The cell caters to the requirement of Gr ”D” staff Of
Allahabad, Agra & Jhansi Divisions, Jhansi workshop and Rail Spring
Karkhana , Sithouli including NCR Head quarters office.

RRC/NCR does not accept employment applications through e-mail. The
applications should be submitted before the last date of application in
the prescribed form as given in the Employment Notification by ordinary
post/application drop box at RRC/NCR office only.

RRC/NCR have not appointed any agents or coaching centers for acting on
its behalf. Candidates are cautioned against any false claims made by
any unscrupulous persons/agencies of getting them selected in this
recruitment on illegal consideration. Candidates are also warned to
avoid any unscrupulous elements who may assure appointment in railways
by seeking bribe in cash or in kind or any other inducement, and are

RRC/NCR is fully computerized and the selection is based purely on merit
